The
role of the teachers at the academy goes far beyond classroom
instruction. They are caring motivators who have the patience and
experience to bring out the best in each student. As a small school,
the entire staff works in close proximity in a spirit of cooperation
to accomplish the necessary tasks or challenges that are presented.
Each staff member has responsibilities, but in cases of special
projects everyone participates to ensure the success of the endeavor.
Our
teachers are highly specialized and dedicated professionals who
demonstrate an understanding of individual differences and possess
the expertise to teach in a program that emphasizes the development
of each person's potential. All the teachers are college graduates;
several have master's degrees or are working toward them.
