Our mission at Allison Academy is to inspire a diverse community of a students to moral, intellectual, and physical excellence so that each may rise to honorable achievement and contribute to the common good.
Our Mission Statement is to provide quality educational programs with an emphasis on meeting individual needs through small class sizes and a nurturing environment where student's self-esteem is valued and developed. We accept the responsibility of working in partnership with each student's parents to create students who are endowed with a lifelong love of learning, healthy self-image, and positive attitude that will enable each student to grow academically, emotionally, socially, and intellectually.
Allison Academy believes that we can more effectively assist our students in their academic careers by working closely with students’ parents. We are available on a continuing basis through phone (305-940-3922) and email (email@example.com) communication. Any staff member can be emailed through the Allison Academy address or by addressing the email to the teacher with the initial of the teacher’s first name and spelled out last name.
We also hold conferences as needed throughout each week. Any issues of concern for parents, students, or faculty must be addressed immediately to seek resolution for the benefit of the student.
We communicate general messages and announcements through our Edline site, to which each parent and student has private access via a code issued by the school. Parents may enter this site for their student’s grades, exams, assignments, special projects, or notes from the teacher, and can email the teacher through this site as well.
Special announcements and any emergency announcements will be made via recorded phone messages sent through ParentREACH, an instant communication program in which the messages are sent to each parent’s cellular phones simultaneously. This system is also the method of communicating for the Friends of Allison Academy.
